OT: Spa Recommendation in Las Vegas

Howdy,

Anyone have a good recommendation for a spa in Las Vegas? I'm going there for my 40th birthday and I want to reward myself. I'm not sure I can handle going to one of the spas in the expensive hotels with all the "beautiful people" hanging around nakid.

I'm looking to get a massage, facial and an industrial strength pedicure. The place doesn't have to be fancy, just relaxing and good at what they do.

Any advice is appreciated.

You might consider either Massage Envy (one at Lake Mead near the 95) or Euphoria (many of them but I like Rampart at Charleston.
