Did you do a preop diet??? What was it?

I had surgery with Dr Atkinson in December, but was not required to do a pre-op diet. He just told me to try not to gain anything before my surgey date. I know that he does have some of his patients do a pre-op liquid diet, but I think it just depends on your starting weight and other health conditions.
