Anyone or anyone's spouse work for station casino's

I was wondering if anyone who has station casino's insurance has had surgery and the insurance paid for it? If so who was the surgeon? Which insurance ppo(benifit planners) or hmo(health plan of nevada). I'm having trouble finding out if it's covered. I'm getting different stories. Thanks for any help. Carrie

Don't know about Stations, but Harrah's definitely covers and has an awesome program.
