need some help, anyone from Las Vegas

For any of you friends that live in Las Vegas. My Dh birthday is next month we are going on a very much needed (no kids) trip. Can anyone recommend a good Jazz/Blues club to take him to? Also some yummy places to take him. Thanks in advance for any help. Dordean
