Went to my Doctors yesterday and he was happy when he said to get on the scale. Now I am down 35 pounds and things are turning around for me now. I am drinking more now and I am almost ready to start walking again. They have a new building here that you can go and walk anytime they are open. So a couple of friends are going to go with me after we come back from Bangor. We will be doing enough walking there to cover me.lol
I am off blood pressure meds and metformin and very little insulin. I feel great now. thanks everyone.

Yeah well just think of the shovelling as exercise, sometimes it is so nice the crisp air but when it is still storming it is not so nice. I am fortunate my landlord will sometimes do mine for me. But really we haven't had much shovelling to do in the last few years.
There is a place for sale across the street from me only problem is a dog inside and I know the smell you are talking about, my sisters all have dogs and it isn't too bad with hardwood floors but if there is carpet you can usually smell it forever.

no house yet and getting worried i looked at some and one smelled so so bad of dog and cat unsure if they will ever rent it but all in all was nice place just not avalable now. i go look at another tonight at 6 lil farther out than i like but looks to be nice and huge yard and garage and driveway ( LOL winter shoveling) ugg

did you find another place? and yes I read someone not long ago with a stall early out, I just forget who it was and to find it again. I have been walking lots too so it is not from the lack of exercise but then again I am not walking at any great speed because I have my toddler out with me.

from what i read stalls can happen even so early out. some say its you need more calories and change things up abit. yes he is such a cutie, i hope i get to make it as i am suppose to be moving Friday but unsure if that will happen so i am sure i will be able to take the time to go see him and everyone.

ah yes this saturday I think she said it was, he is such a cute little guy. All is well but wondering if I hit a stall already lol pout pout, same weight now for the last two days. Lost 15 and it is not budging now which sucks but oh well I know it is going to happen just wasn't expecting it on 11 days out.
