Hi I live near Moncton, NB and am searching for a support group. I had the lapband in Dec. of 2009. Would be interested in attending future meeting. Need help to lose the last 30 lbs. I am struggling. Thanks

Having one heck of a time trying to post from my smart phone here in Mexico.
I am doing fantastic.Surgery day was rough lots of pain, but after that I have had no problems. I fly n home tonite and will do a proper update from my laptop on Sunday.

Jus****ched the news article that was on last night and they said the waiting list is 1800 and lots of those patients are not even ready yet. I am calling their bluff. But apparently they are going to review this and get back on it. I missed the link for the question they asked at the end that do you think that our health system should be paying for patients to have surgery out of country? I don't think it is only about the WLS but anything out of country to deal with the wait lists.
