I have to tell you -- try cheese sometime.  My taste buds have drastically changed.  I mean -- CRAZY changes!
Things I hated the taste of ... now I love.  I don't know why at all, but it's happened!

I'm glad you're cruisin' right along, already on soft foods!  That's so awesome!

As for eggs, some days you won't have the appetite for something you loved the day before.  It happens often, and I call it grouchy pouch.. even though.. it's not really a pouch when we're sleeved.

Chicken and fish.. would be my staple foods.  Haddock is one of my favourites.  A few months more out I tried salmon and it was delicious too.

Enjoy the new stages!  Glad you're doing so well KimberleyAnn!

I am not a sweets person so my shakes are getting really old now.  Today I had a 1/2 Tim Hortons chili.  Heaven I am in heaven, so good.  I checked the stats and it fits with my daily totals.  My taste buds are so happy.  I did try a Wendy's chili last week and just could not eat it (yuck).  My mushy stage should be over on Tuesday I am so looking forward to trying actual food. I have been able to eat flaked white tuna with a little mayo,  and scrambled egg. Except this morning I could not gag down the egg. Don't know what that was about. Deli meats are okay I can eat about 2ounces with some mustard/mayo. I don't eat cheese it disgusts me so that is not an option.  I know I will have to keep drinking some protein shakes just to keep up the protein levels but it is so nice to be able to taste spices.  Any other suggestions?

Topic: RE: Tummy tuck...where to start?
Doctor A.S. MacDonald, who's now in Amherst doing revisions, has also done some recent abdominoplasty (anchor style tummy tuck).  He did mine in 1992.  You can ask your GP for a referral perhaps.  It's usually done now when something like a hernia or other health complications are present.  MSI has covered under these conditions.  Dr. M has been on vacation and is expected back in December.

Hope this helps!!

Keep up the great work Kim, and don't forget to do measurements.  Stalls will sometimes show progress with the measuring tape.  Enjoy the Honeymoon phase!!
