Yes, those little convenience containers are not usually the best choice. Just use the plain and add your own fruit. (most products that are "fat-free", tend to be high in sodium or sugar anyways.)
I haven't bought any yet, and will most likely buy the plain and add my own granola & fruit, same as I do with regular yogurt or add vanilla extract / cinnamon to add flavor.
