Thanks Coreena, I'm pretty proud of myself too!! I am going to shoot for 180 for now... My healthy range is between 160 & 180 - that's without losing my lean muscle mass (which we don't want to do!) So once I'm at 180 I will see if that's where I want to stay or if I want to keep going to 160... Hey, by then that will only be another 20lbs which seems so much more doable than the bigger numbers :))
