Sorry, hun .. I got nuthin'. I threw a hissy fit yesterday when I wasn't down any more from 2 days before.

You have done so amazingly well ... I have no doubt you'll power through this too.

I'll put a good thought out into the universe for you.

remember to deny your craveings may result in binging, it's better to have a taste and enjoy it then give in completely and regret it

Hmmm, that's one of those tricky areas for me - I'm afraid if I ate just a little, I would end up eating a lot...  So far, I will only have a bit of something if we're at a restaurant or out somewhere  - I'm not the kind of person that can have pie (or whatever) in the house without always picking at it...  I wonder if there is a low carb/cal solution to lemon pie?  lol

Not to encourage your pie cravings, but I'm sure there has to be a diabetic solution to lemon pie.. maybe search for a low cal alternative.  Is the filling really that unhealthy?  Maybe just a small amount of the filling would fight off the cravings...

I googled a diabetic lemon pie recipe for you : )

When I'm craving Lemon Meringue Pie, I substitute with Hunts Lemon Meringue Pudding.  It's not sugar free but close your eyes and it taste the exact same.  I'm not sure if it's available in sugar free though.  I haven't had the real pie for over 5 years and don't miss it with the pudding replacement.

Thanks Carly - that sounds great & I'll bet the carbs wouldn't be so bad without the crust!  Hey, I'll bet you could freeze it too for some tasty popsicles - and maybe even add in a little protein powder!!  :)
