I know this post is a few months old, but I just moved to the Alb. area and was interested in starting a WLS pre-andpost op water areobics group. I used to teach it and it is wonderful exercise. I am not sure if anyone else may be interested, but if you are message me and let me know maybe we can put something together.

wow, that's pretty amazing. I suppose if you need to do that, you don't really need WLS huh?
I've had my appt, found my surgeon & now am just waiting for insurance approval.

JUST THOUGHT YOU SHOULD KNOW, I HAVE HEARD THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE *****SORT TO USING ANKLE WEIGHTS WHEN THEY WEIGHT IN, THEN WHEN THEY ARE ARE IN OFFICE OR SOMEWHERE PRIVATE THEY REMOVE THE ANKLE WEIGHTS BEFORE SEEING THE DR. IS THIS HONEST? NO IS THIS DESPERATE? YES.
I HAVE A BMI OF 33 AND I NEED A BMI OF 35. WILL I RESORT TO THIS. I DON'T THINK SO BUT MAYBE GOOD LUCK

I wish I had a pool!!! Thank God we don't have the humidity like in Manhattan, I thought I would die in August.
I don't know of any DS people in NM as of yet. Hopefully one day but yes it would be nice to have and be a part of a support group.... I wish the price of gas wasn't so high though.

I'm a VSG person living in ABQ. There is a gentleman here who is trying to start a support group for sleeve patients, perhaps you could join us some time.
Hope you are doing well and drop a note any time! BTW, how's the heat in Santa Fe today? It has been a scortcher here in ABQ for the past couple of days... I'm ready for fall!

better yet, don't think you do dump on sugar so you think you can't dump on it. Boy have I got a story for you. I am one of those post ops that can get away with some sugar so I decided to pu**** with dangerous results. My post should serve as a warning, don't let this happen to you.
