A big thank you to Guy, his wife and sweet daughter for having the NM Meet & Greet at their restaurant, "Porky's Pride" 6770 4th St., Albuquerque, just North of Osuna. Yes, I'm shamelessly plugging the BBQ, it's GREAT!!! Wanted to suck down that BBQ sauce with a straw.

I was so happy to meet new friends, like MaryEllen and Ritchie from NY, Guy et al, Jackie, Diana and all the really nice people I spoke with that are Dr. Syn's clients. I'm sorry I didn't introduce myself to everyone and wish I had. I hope to get another chance to meet the rest of you soon.

Hey everyone, do you know about the recipe forum? There are some wonderful sounding recipes over there! If you have a few minutes, check it out! To find the forum click on "forums" at the top middle of this screen. Under the drop down menu select "more forums". The recipe forum can be found in the lower left hand box. Happy cooking!!!!

Hi Renae,
glad you found a place, we stayed at a really nice hotel with the hardest beds ever!! The staff was so nice about it, they had just put in the new beds...the hospital bed at Las Palmas was softer! LOL : ) But, I did want to tell you good luck with your surgery, take a good pair of slippers, soft PJ's you can wear around your hips and cover your stomach. I could'nt stand anything over my incisions, except a loose soft PJ top. Even now I'm (don't laugh) wearing hip huggers or even maternity pants and long loose tops because my incisions look good It just feels better right now. And walk walk walk! I'm feeling better everyday so lots and lots of well wishes to you. : )
