Thanks! I did find it in multiple flavors too at Vitamin World in Mesilla Valley Mall. Sure glad! I can really tell the difference already after just a couple of days. :)

I'm feeling great. Got rid of all the Halloween candies and now here come all the Christmas goodies!!!! Thank God for the Splenda cookbook. I've been trying out new recipes that include canned pumpkin and cottage cheese with Splenda. Looks funky, but tastes really good, like a real dessert. My DH gagged when he opened the container, thought the cottage cheese had spoiled. Too funny.
Are you loving this cold and wind??!!! Nearly froze my face off on the walk tonight.

I'm doing really good. Starting to feel like I'm just about back to normal again! Whatever that is...haha
I'm down about 23 pounds & go for my first adjustment on Wednesday! I'm looking forward to that. I'm not looking forward to the drive but what can ya do?? haha

I am not sure if they carry liquid calcium, but have you tried The Planet? Or The Mountain Market?? Hope this helps!!

Anyone living in Las Cruces area? Have you found a local store that carries Liquid Calcium Citrate? I've been ordering Tropical Oasis Liquid Calcium online, but would very much like to know if it's available here local. Thank you!

Yes, there are a lot of things that go on with the whole WLS thing. Just when I think I've got my "routine" down pat, my body says, "oh heck no". Ya, Dr. Garth is a really nice man. VERY professional, but still has a goofy sense of humor like mine. I hope Big Medicine comes back on, but we'll have to wait and see. I want to know what happens to some of those patients. I hope they show more of the real things that go along with WLS, like gas, hair loss, bowel problems and emotional changes. This surgery is not the easy way out and I get annoyed with people that actually say that's what I've done. There is nothing easy about this, it's just another tool, I'm the one that has to make it work. Oh goodness, was I up on my soapbox again???? Best of luck and keep in touch.
