Well this week was tough--- lots of personal things going on and going here and there and holy moly........... but, I did loose 5 lbs, and I have 4.5 lbs to get back down to my goal (which I was there once). I will start again next Monday (always have to start on Monday's, something in my head I guess) The first day and second day were good......... the other day's well it is easy to get in my protein in but I just did not want to do the food part like tuna, chicken, eggs........ I could have just stayed on the liq part the whole week and been fine.
Thanks for your support........... what an inspiration you are!!!! Yea, what a wonderful friend you are!
I will do good this weekend even though I'm going to a wedding.......... I will dance more than I eat so I can get in my exercise....... and of course take my protein and vitamins... Do, I have to eat realy food? Just kidding....
Have a wonderful weekend in Sunny (maybe cloudy) New Mexico...

I blew it yesterday
had peanut butter with wasa crisp n light 7 grain crackers.... 3
peanut butter reduced fat
protein x2
jerky
& yogurt...........
and today
SOmeone brought me in a dove's sugar free chocolate...... she would take no for an answer so, I ate one. I also had a banana and peanut butter......

yes, second day was easy however I almost blew it with almonds. I opened the pantry and there they sat staring at me and I grabbed the bag and put them back.. yea, not one did I eat..
I have started my day off with Decaf and I have gone to P a hundred times.
I can't remember what else is on for day 3, 4 or 5 but I will look for it.
Keep it up......... did you loose anymore?
