Topic: I can go back to work!!
Today I got to discontinue the wound vac after 4 months.....and I am cleared to return to work Monday! I am so excited. I am feeling so much better...and still off so many medications.
Even with all the complications, this was sooooooo Worth IT!
I want to thank all of you who have continued to keep me in your thoughts and prayers and offerred words of encouragement. You are all GREAT!
I still have an open wound, and have to deal with some skin that has been damanged from the vac (actually from the mis-application of the vac while my surgeon was on vacation...but that is another story, and a minor bump in the road of my journey.)
I have officially lost 71 pounds since Aug 9 and feeling great. I cleaned out my closet and have nuthin' to wear....having gone from a 24 to a 16.
Thanks Everyone!
Wishing you all continued success and health

Happy New Year!
I just want to take a moment of your time to update you as to the progress of the Chapters. As the interest had grown in the program, beyond my expectations, I have had to redesign a number of items in order to stay on top, so we have delayed the official release of the program. I am working with IT to get many aspects of this program on-line, including the training. Some of these items have made for many delays. This was not expected and been a frustration of mine. I am so sorry for the delay.
Please be patient with us. I am not ignoring anyone. I will continue to answer any question via e-mail or phone.
I know that together we will build an incredible support system for all of us.
If you have interest in this program e-mail me at:

Thanks again for your continued support.

Richard!
I am so incredibly sorry, you know the kind of work I do and I was with a client up by where we live! I didn't get done till after 7. I have commited to working until the meeting on those nights so that I can attend. I also spoke with Dr Frezza about coming, I was in Lubbock yesterday...email me or call me and we can chat about it.

I interviewed both Dr Chester Sakura and Dr Miguel Gallegos, both are excellent surgeons and nice people but I ultimately went with Dr Gallegos, since I went to school with him he gave me a better deal on what the insurance did not cover.

Hi Martina,
I have now lost 163.5 lbs which is exactly half of what I used to weigh at my heaviest. I started at 327. I was schedule to have the first of my plastic surgeries on Feb 1 but have to postpone since I have been sick and have a mild case of pnuemonia. I will reschedule as soon as my PCP gives me clearance. I used to wear a 28 pant and now wear a 12/14 and a 3X top and now wear a medium. My new years resolution is to be able to wear a 2 piece bathing suit by the end of 2005.
