Do you mean have one and then be revised to the other or have BOTH at the same time? 
Hi...I'd like to suggest you post also to the lap band forum here at obesityhelp - it's a very active and friendly board and I'm sure you'll get a lot of responses to your questions. You can find it by clicking the forums tab up top and then choose Lap Band from the Surgery Types Forums list. Best of luck in your endeavors! And you are MOST welcome to continue posting on the mainboard as well - just that you'll find more of those with your surgery type on the other forum. 
Or at the forums tab, choose the sleeve gastrectomy or Revisions forums. Good luck!

Good question Mary-Margeret. Actually there are protein pills - for instance amino acid pills and beef liver tablets. The problem is you would have to take at least 10 of these horse pills at once just to get a decent quantity of protein.
I have researched the current crop of protein powders quite a bit, and have been happiest with my trainer's suggestion - Fit 365. It tastes very good and settles well because it includes fiber, healthy fats and digestive enzymes. Also to fillers or artificial anything. Check my trainer's site - arizonatrainer.com in his supplement section.

Topic: We are in the final ...
We are in the final testing stages on the beta site for the NEW look for Obesityhelp. If you haven't looked please do so.
http://beta.Obesityhelp.com The full roll out will probably be sometime tomorrow afternoon. The site will be totally different, many of the same things, just better organized and added features.
This change is essential for the many features that have asked for, uploading your own photos, profile privacy options, profile blogs, private messaging, etc. These will NOT all be in place for the change over, but will be coming VERY soon after the beta site is live. We have listened to member concerns with the site and message boards and are working on those things one step at a time.
Be advised that we don't anticipate any problems, however anytime that you make changes, you never know what may happen. We will quickly address any issues that come up during the changes.

Topic: OT: School report, NM state mineral??
My daughter is doing a school report on New Mexico. She needs to know that name of the state mineral. I have googled, asked and yahoo'd with no luck.
I know that some states do not have a state mineral. Is this the case of N.M??

Rita, the one thing to expect to is expect anything. Everybody is different and reacts differently to surgery. Congrats on your date just do exactly what the doctors tell you to do, don't waiver don't cheat! You will only be hurting yourself. I am not going to lie to you it is a tough situation to go through and if anybody tells you different ,they are lying. But you will get through it and once you start feeling better you'll realize it's all worth it. A very good friend of mine had Dr. Syn, she did just fine. I myself had Dr. Frezza. You'll be fine just mind your doctor. Good luck to you & keep us posted.
