my neighbor had the surgery in lubbock with dr. syn and she used medicaid to pay for it. she said she didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. which was excited for me to hear because i have been searching for a way to pay for my own WLS. but good luck!!

Hi Olga, My Name is Cindy, I just moved here from Phoenix Az. I have not had surgery yet. I am just getting started. While i was in Az I did go to seminars with Dr Juarez. I backed out. I think that the psycologist was the one that was making it more complicated for me. Maybe I didnt have motivation for it. But now I am going to do it. I called my Insurance and they said that anyone in family is covered as long as it is not a child. I am attending seminar at Del Sol in El Paso Texas. Well anyway I saw that you live here in Las Cruces. If you have any info that would help me through my journey. i would really appreciate it. Hope to hear from you

Hello, My name is Cindy, I just moved here to Las Cruces. I am going to seminar on June 19th at Del Sol In El Paso Texas. I called my Insurance Bc/Bs of Neb and they said insurance covers surgery. Is their anyone that can give me info about how long it takes. From seminar to surgery. Any info would be great. Thanks a Bunch

do you happen to know where exactly or the name of the doctor? I had mine in Arizona but that is because i lived there at the time. Plus I really wanted to have Dr. Fang or Dr. Juarez do my RNY because they don't use blood transfusions if the need should arise. Thank you have a great day.

As far as I know there is not any type of WLS is being done in New Mexico. If i have mine it will be in Lubbock. They also do it in El Paso Texas and Scottsdale AZ.
