How often are you supposed to take the sublingual B-12, can anyone help me? Thanks, allison

Hi Allison, I'm pre-op, but everything I've read and been told is 1 B-12 Sublingual per week. Check with your Doctor though. Margie

My doctor told me to take this every week... only once. But you need to make sure you go by your Dr. orders. Each Dr. is different. Good Luck.
