where do you get weighed?
Hey Anita,
Why do you NEED to get weighed?
You should be able to get a scale that goes to at least 330 at Walmart. If that's not an option, a friend of mine used to weigh at the mall. I think it costs 25 or .50 cents but it was consistent and she could monitor her weight. Another option is to measure with string, just whatever you have around that is not stretchy. Measure each area that you want of your body ie arms legs belly neck shoulders calves, etc. Don't worry about the inches--cut the string off where it meets and then you will be able to actually SEE the difference that you've lost when the string begins to overlap on itself. I've done this and used a sharpie to mark each week on the string so I know exactly how much difference there was since the last measure time.
Your profile only shows you are waiting for surgery??? Do you have a required amount to lose?
Good luck!
