PS in NM, AZ or CO and Tricare

A couple of wonderful people have offered to help me find a PS that takes Tricare in my area. I need a breast lift and a tummy tuck. I was saving the help offers. But, last week I had to reformat my computer and lost the saved info. My preference is to have it done here in NM. But, today I called the only PS that Tricare told me accepted Tricare-Jean Shimanek- and was told she wasn't taking new patients until June. I lose Tricare in Aug. So, I don't think this will work out since after the first appointment, we would still have to apply for approval, have the surgeries, and do the follow before mid August. So, I am back here begging for help. If you can suggest someone with a good rep in NM, AZ or CO, then please do. Thank you, Hat
