I have terrible pains in my knees, which iknow is due to my weight, my question is is there any pain releiver that works? and how much do i need to lose for the pain to go away?
Have you been diagnosed with arthritis? I have and my weight doesn't help. If you can find it Tiger Balm is great. A little pricey but it does the job. Also use warm packs. Watch the weather. My knees really hurt when the weather changes.
