Denied! Denied! Denied!!!!

Anyone have a problem with Lovelace Ins? They've denied me again and after the 1st of the year, it will not be a covered procedure!! Any advise, help is appreciated!! Thanks and God Bless.

What was the reason given for denial?

Lovelace denied me because I didn't have enough information that I have followed a diet for 6+ months. I appealed it but I am losing hope that I will be approved. Lovelace doesn't see it as medically necessary.
