Hey all, I'm back and doing well

I'm back in NM...I was down 23 pounds 9 days after surgery...started soft foods today...

: Wow!!! Richard, that is so good. I have been wondering how you've been doing, looks like you've done GREAT! Keep up the good work. I went to Lubbock the 30th for a seminar and have sent my paperwork off, so hopefully I'll have something good to report soon. Good luck and hope things continue to go good for you..... Hi, Richard! Glad to hear you're doing so well!! Congrats on the start of your new life! I'm considering the Adjustable Lap Band, because that's what Dr. Frezza wants to do for me. I have to have some testing done, but hopefully that will go quickly. Give us a call - Jean

Hurrrrray, I am so glad to hear from you. You are on the loosing side now. There is no going back you will feel so much better and look wonderful. Make sure and drink lots of water. If you get dehydrated you will have to go in for IVs. And that is no fun.
