Denial by OPM

Well all, my human resources denied my request to go out of Network with Dr Blackstone in Scottsdale AZ. I received the letter on 14 September 2004. I will update more later.

I am really sorry about your denial, I know you really wanted to go to Dr Blackstone and she had your trust which means a lot when it comes down to life altering surgery. It isn't getting any easier with the insurance companies, I am still waiting to get my blue cross card so I can begin this process again. I am really trying to take one day at a time. I am not a naturally patient person.
