Turning 30, minus the weight of the old me!

Hi all, I have not posted in so long, that I dont think that I recognize anyone and vise versa! I am about to turn 30 on the 4th, my one year anniversary of my surgery is the 3rd...I didnt want to start my last year of my twenties overweight and not going anywhere, you know?! I have found 3 grey hairs and have arthritis in my knees, but it could be worse! I am super happy with my choice to get the surgery done. I had it done in Va, not here however. Well, I cant think of much else to say, just hi and I hope that everyone is doing well in thier journeys...
