I take sleeping pills to get to sleep, will they be permitted on my sleep study?

Pamela, I don't think they will allow you to take sleeping pills during the study. That's just a guess.

Pamela, Actually, they do let you take any meds that you usually take. They actually want you to get to sleep so that they can complete the test. Hope that helps. Jean

Ask them before you go or ask the Doctor, they want a true reading and each Doctor is different. My sleep study place told me No.
