I have been denied

After having my PCP, my endocrinologist, AND my OB/GYN all agree that WLS is the ONLY thing that will help me.... I consulted a surgeon. I just got a call today from BCBS saying that I have been DENIED, because I do not have sufficient documentation that I was on 12 months of consecutive doctor supervised diet that failed. Apparently the 4 years of medical records along with the NUMEROUS co-morbidities is NOT enough......... I don't feel like I will survive a year of Dr supervised dieting..........and I know for sure that if I do have to it WON"T be successful..... I guess I'm just venting, but I am so disappointed, and scared.
