Dr. Igwe at the next support meeting on 6/2

This is the email I received from Jan. Hi, Just wanted to send a an e-mail for everyone to mark your calendars with the next meeting. We will have Dr Igwe come speak to us. His background is in bariatric surgery and he will be on staff at a new hospital in Las Vegas, New Mexico that will be opening this summer. His office explained that at the current time the corporate office is focusing on getting the hospital open. But will be considering offering bariatric surgery in the near future. Please allow a little more time than our one hour meeting in your schedule because I'm sure there will be plenty of questions from our members that are exploring surgery options. If you know of someone that is wanting information, please ask them to attend with you. Hope to see you there! Jan

I hate to sound stupid Richard, but I can't find a # for doctor Igwe's office, I would like to call and see when he has plans on doing surgery again. I'm trying to avoid going out of state, because I have 2 children, and they're both under 2 and I don't know if I can bare to leave them so far away. I think you've got my email, you can email me if you'd like.

Directions to get to our meeting. Take I-25 and after the junction for I-25 & 40 watch for the Lomas exit (I believe it is exit 225) as you approaches Lomas make a left hand turn onto Lomas. Go straight on Lomas past there will be a few traffic lights, University, and Yale. Keep in the right hand lane. There is a light at a street called Trauma Center. Instead of making a left hand turn to go into the parking lot, turn right and make a left on Las Lomas. Immediately to the left there is a multi-story parking structure. Enter into that parking structure and go up to the 3rd floor. At the 3rd floor level there is a cat walk that crosses over Lomas street, then there is a walkway to enter the hospital through electric sliding doors. Once inside the hospital bare to the right to go to the elevators. Take the elevator down to the 2nd floor. When you exit the elevator go to the left and follow the directions to La Cocina Cafeteria. Once you are going down the hallway to the cafeteria, bare to the right and go past the dining tables. Straight ahead there are meeting rooms. We usually try to meet in the large room straight ahead, but if we cant get that room look for us in the other rooms that are near by. Our meeting will start promptly at 7pm. Jan
