Hi ya'll! I will be visiting the Albuquerque/Sante Fe area the end of next month for only a few days. Are there any reasonably priced spas in the area? Can you recommend something that we should not leave the area without doing/seeing? Thanks for the input. Dixie from Alabama -31 lbs

Drive south and visit Ruidoso. We have horse racing in the Pines. It's really beautiful and much cooler than Albuquerque or Santa Fe. Look me up when you get here (if) you come and I'll send you on a sight-seeing trip!!! Tina

Hey Tina! Thanks for the input! I see we had surgery on the same day! Maybe it was meant for us to meet! We are WLS sisters! Email me and I will email you back with dates and times of our trip. Thanks again and hope to hear from you soon. Dixie -31 lbs

Hi, Dixie! Where to start??? Don't miss the Zoo and Botanical Gardens. I think we have one of the best zoos in the country right here in Albuquerque! Old Town has some great shops and the church on the plaza, and the plaza in Santa Fe is terrific too. If you have the chance, take the tram to the Crest of the Sandias at sunset. The view is breathtaking! I'm not too familiar with the spas, but check into Ojo Caliente - that's a hot spring in northern NM. Hope this helps. I'm a transplant from NJ, and I love this state!! Jean
