The fight with Presbyterian has begun! Again!

Hi all, just a brief update, I contacted my Lawyer, Gary Viscio, and told him we have waited long enough for them to accept Dr. Blackstone and that I want to move on and start fighting this. He said he would take my files home with him last night and then start writing letter to Presbyterian and their lawyers. He said once he completes the letter then he will email them to me. Hi, Richard, I talked with Tish @ Scottsdale Bariatric today, and she said that she'll be talking with Pres on Monday to get a "clarification on the status" of their application. So, maybe good things will be coming our way. Good luck! Jean
