Denied

Got an email denying coverage. With my insurance, I wasn't really surprised, just disappointed that they can get away with exclusions. Mine has the written exclusion, unfortunately. BC/BS of NM HMO. I guess the next step is to see if Medicare will do it since they have a medically necessary clause in it. If not I'll have to win the lottery in order to do this. Anyway, Good luck to all that is getting or had surgery! I will continue to figure out something . Donna E.
