Support Group Meetings?

Hey, it just dawned on me that I dont know if there are any support group meetings in NM preferably near ABQ? If not, who would be interested in getting one going? Thanks PS, we are getting snow now, well it is sleet, but it will be real snow soon, so the wearing of inside out pajamas seems to have worked for my kids...

There is a support group that meets every Wednesday 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm at University of New Mexico Hospital. We welcome everyone (we have people that have had their surgery here and out of town) to meet to discuss the new and changing issues we face with WLS. We have been provided with a nice size meeting room just go through the eating area of the Cafeteria on the 2nd floor to the room in the back. Park on the 3rd floor of the parking structure across the street from hospital (on the south side of Lomas) and walk across the cat-walk to enter the hospital. Take the main elevator to 2nd floor. From the main elevators down to the the 2nd floor, the cafeteria signs will point your way. We will take a break for the holidays and the next meeting will be January 7th.

Thanks, I think that I will have to come to one of these meetings, when is the Feb meeting? I wont be back in town until the 11th, just my luck huh! Thanks

We will have one every Wednesday in February. Our meetings are weekly Will be nice to see you there.
