Needs surgery, but....

My doctor finally suggested surgery since I have been on the yo-yo thing with my blood pressure and everything else that accompanies it. Just am not sure which one, or the surgeon, and am scared insurance will say no when I do go see the doc. I would like to have it close to home but the closest is in Lubbock. There has been one successfull surgery here in my hometown a couple months ago. First one of its kind here. Hopefully if I am approved I may be able to have it here.
