Well this week was tough--- lots of personal things going on and going here and there and holy moly........... but, I did loose 5 lbs, and I have 4.5 lbs to get back down to my goal (which I was there once). I will start again next Monday (always have to start on Monday's, something in my head I guess) The first day and second day were good......... the other day's well it is easy to get in my protein in but I just did not want to do the food part like tuna, chicken, eggs........ I could have just stayed on the liq part the whole week and been fine.

I will do good this weekend even though I'm going to a wedding.......... I will dance more than I eat so I can get in my exercise....... and of course take my protein and vitamins... Do, I have to eat realy food? Just kidding....
