Loss of a good Friend Valerie Clark

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you all know the Valerie Clark died this week. You can look up her posts on here.

Hi Rich,
I usually lurk over at the DS forum.  I came here after reading in a post from big Tone that Val "ladybug" had passed.  Could you let me know anything you are comfortable telling me?  She didn't post much on that forum but I remember her from a while back when she was a newer post op.  There are a lot of us over there who are taken aback by this news.  Thank you for whatever you feel comfortable sharing.

This is an email I received from a person from the Yahoo group called ABQNBB,  if you want go to yahoo groups and search ABQNBB and sign up for the group and you can read all the emails about it.

Hi Everyone I sorry to be the one to tell you all that one of our old timers Valerie Clark died last night of pancreatitis. Her mom just called me to let me know. She said there would be some kind of memorial at the VA next week she thought.  I don't know anything else. But her Mom wanted me to let you all know this group was important to her even when she had to travel so much and couldn't go to the meetings. 

Please announce this on the DS forum for me:

Where: VA Hospital Chapel 2nd Floor, 1501 San Pedro
              SE, 2nd Floor Albuquerque NM.
When:   Wednesday 3 September
Time:     12:15 PM

Thanks Rich, I'll post it now.  We are all shocked.

This is shocking and sad news about Val.  Is there any information you can share with us.  I know of several people who will miss her dearly.
