Do you realize that in about 40 years, we'll have millions of old ladies running around with tattoos and pierced navels?

Great job!!  I'm from Santa Fe. How did you do it so fast?

I didn't do it, my body did.  Since my RNY, it has been difficult to eat much of anything.  My stomach was very sensitive to most foods, including meat.  I am very much a beans kind of guy these days.  It also helped that I weighed in at 506 lbs at my highest.  The more you have to loose, the faster it comes off.   I have to give credit to Dr. Blackstone as well.  She is an amazing Surgeon and her team is awesome.

Your story is one I am very interestsed in.  I have a grandson who weighs 500 lbs.  He is only 14 and I'v had him to many doctors.  He is asthmatic which compounds his weight problem.  It is very difficult for him to exercize. I have to help him get dressed and put his shoes on. I am considering lap band surgery, but I am afraid he will not follow the strict diet.  What was it like for you?
