Stall
Hello Denise, I am not sure when first stall hit but know that they do. I once had a 3 week stall but then dropped again. It is your body trying to hold onto the fat. It is okay just keep following the program. Make sure you are having enough protien. the more protien the fast the weight loss. Water protien and exercise, the 3 key factors. good Luck!
