Las Cruces Support group meeting

Hello everyone, we will have a meeting for the Las Cruces Support Bariatric Support group this Monday Jan 7 at the Thomas Branigan Library, Dresp room B from 6 to 8. Hi, Kelly. I just found the NM site of OH this evening. I am so thrilled to hear there is a support group in my home town, Las Cruces. I would have loved to join you all Monday, Jan. 7 for the meeting, but that is my RNY surgery day! LOL! So, I will be in EL Paso in the hospital. Hello Dana, Wishing you the best with your surgery day and the beginning of your new journey, I had my surgery at Del Sol a year ago last month. We are here for you and look forward to meeting you so join us when you are feeling better, We meet every first Monday of the month at the Library. I started this group about 4 months ago, we are new but strong. Hey Dana..... Welcome to the group!  I wish you the best of luck during our surgery!  Any advice I would give would be to walk, walk, walk.  They wanted me to walk and I really felt like it helped me heal quicker.  If you have any questions, or need anything, look me up.  I had my surgery on Nov 5th and I am always available to talk.  Best of Wishes to ya!
