psychological evaluation...what do they ask?

Hi Everyone, I have my initial consultation this coming friday and I am so nervous! Can anyone tell me what to expect...especially with regard to the psychological evaluation? What kind of things do they ask?

I did my over the net, multiple choice.  I think it was mostly to see if you are suicidal and if you have common sense and in controll of yourself and your reactions to stressful situations.

Hi, I am new here I have my consolt on Tuesday w/Dr. Frezza in Lubbock, I am excited. I can't wait. Do you have any advice on the ltr we write to the ins.  I wrote mine but its my life story and I am not happy with it.  I just want everything to go smoothly, but if it does not its okay (after all I am a mom). LOL

I was extremely nervous about me.  I figure someone will finally tell me I was really crazy.  They just ask you a few questions and then you do a true and false test.  They ask you like: which surgery are you doing; why you have decided to do this now; your support system.
