The wait is frustrating...

I was contacted by Scottsdale early this week. The lady told me that she was waiting to hear from the insurance company, on what to do next, and would get back to me that day. Well, no such luck... I have called everyday and have not heard anything. I just want to be sure Scottsdale has everything they need. I am not worried about my insurance denying me, because I have kept in constant contact with them and they seem to be on board . We are just waiting for the paperwork side of everything. How frustrating!
