Pic. is up!

Thank you Donna! I not much for having my picture taken with the weight issue and all.This is a big step for me to post this picture.I don't leave my house much and I don't like social interaction,I only leave my house to grocery shop,go to the Dr.,pay bills,go to school,or for my children.Posting my pic and writting on my profile is making me confront myself and my weight head on, by allowing others to know how I feel physically and mentally and by actually seeing me,I can't hide anymore! It feels good to get postive feedback from people who have been in the same situation that I am in now,I feel so blessed to have found such wonderful friends that I can open up to!

Adam Congrats and hang in there you are going to do well the first 2 weeks are the toughest but trust me i am going on my 3rd and it will get better you will be in my prayers.......see you on the losing side hugs lisa
