Carolyn,
Welcome to loserville,,,,,,glad to hear you are doing good, have you tried the flavored water? Or dilute the crystal light even more, i seem to find that better but I drink plain water but like you it has to be frozen........I dont like anything room temp ice cold only.......
Well I am 2 weeks and 4 days out and am doing well I too had a hard time with my stairs but trust me it does get easier and better......went for my 2 week follow-up and lost 26 pounds wow unbelieveable.....so hang in there and try to drink anything eat some sugarfree popsicles anything to get your fluids in you dont want to get dehydrated and you not peeing alot is not really good that is a sign of dehydration.....hang in there try new things that can give you liquids
hugs
lisa

Carolyn,
My surgery was also on the 18th, came home on the 20th. I feel wonderful, first couple of days I was alittle slow, but started getting my energy back and doing things alittle at a time. Sunday I actually had the energy to house clean my living room. I tried not to over-do-it, but felt good enough to get ur done..lol....I get worried that I'm not getting enough fluids or protein, my husband, who had his surgery 1 week and 1 day prior, keeps pushing the liquids to me. (I was dehydrated in the hospital and he don't want me back in). My husband is already down 2 pant sizes~!!!!!! he is doing awesome....Unlike you, I have no problem drinking room temperature water, I keep a case of water in my car, now that the warmer weather is here tho, i'll have to stop for a cup of ice.
LOTS OF SUCCESS to you on your journey.
Dara
I think you look lovely...what's wrong with it?
Hugs, Donna Earley
