I will certainly share too.  Maybe if we can get enough pieces we can put this puzzle together and figure out how everything works.

I am so happy for you and Tina. Same thing, share when you get home of your plans. I do not know about others, but i check this site everyday for something new to hang on too. I am sure there must be more having appointments that day, encourage them to join this forum too. It is so very helpful.

Dear Jamie    How are you doing?   Yes, I can have sugar, it seems to take  very little to reach the sugar 'saturation' point though.  I look at some desserts and can easily visualize the 'SUGAR' in my mouth and it's not really appealing to tell you the truth.  You mentioned cheese cake, so we're looking at cream cheese, eggs, those are proteins.  I'm not saying that's a meal, but compare that to, say, chocolate cake, not so many proteins.  You can make choices in what is
'sweet/satisfying'.  Do that makes sense to you?

I've heard different people talk about foods that their body doesn't handle good.  The nurse for the surgeon couldn't tolerate cereal for many years and I didn't have a problem.   I don't handle rice very easily, have to be careful.

I enjoyed hearing from you, hey! someone is listening, happy face.  If I don't hear from you again, remember, embrace a strong body visual, gotta help those muscles get stronger, that great heart muscle that keeps you going, think of your body like an expensive car.  You'd want that holding up and you can even replace a car, not that wonderful body that God gave you.  take care, Deb
