She called me also and I have the same time as you..lol It won't be long and we will be on the losers bench also...He wants me to do 3 weeks of the diet but thats ok with me and I will be starting the day after boxing day....

i havent got a chance to call in yet, but i did get a letter in the mail yesterday to
be in st johns on jan 6th for the orientatation session from 2-5 pm. anyONE else going to be here there this same time ????

Reyleen just called me an hour ago, my app. is on Jan. 13th. at 1pm.
I have to start my liquid diet on News years eve day....LOL She said
she feels bad asking me to do that but, I told her that I don't mind at all.

Hey guys..
I didn't wait long..I seen Raleen in Oct and started my 2 week diet and went to see her after it was completed..I then went to the support group in Nov and seen Dr.Pace the next day..Before I got home that evening,I had my call for surgery..They did tell me that they were doing people on the lower end of the BMI..Before my diet I was 49.7..Today I am 41..I've lost 49 pds..5 more days and I will be starting a new chapter..Best of luck to you all!!

Yes she told me about them wonder if there are any other places to get them....they would be so simple and easy....might be going to costco next week will check them out and do a search online for them....yeah its a bit weird when you think of the surgery ,with all the bits and pieces they will have inside of us... am ready toRayleen said to wait till the holidays are over so watch out in january because this missus is going to be cranky for a few days...lol

That's okay Valerie, I didn't expect you to wait that long. Maybe we will meet at the next
support meeting. Yes, I saw the stapler, it's awesome!!! LOL It's a bit gross when you
think about all those things they are going to have us poked with, yuck !!! Did Rhoda tell
you about the Tetra protein pkjs at Costco? She said they are good and one pk has 30g's
of protein so, 2 of them a day and you know you have your protein for the day. She said
there are 18 in a case for $25. Not bad compared to the price of the powders. I like that
they are pre-mixed. I don't like the powders. The only thing is she said thinks you can only
get them in Chocolate.
