You said in an earlier post that you were going for Lap Band.  Is there a reason why you switched to VSG?

Congratulations newfie 88.  Glad things went well for you.  Did he give you any idea how this would work such as what tests you will have to get done or when you will find out your date?

Keep your chin up girl and my best advice is to STICK WITH YOUR PLAN - do not waiver. You will be fine. There will be lots of little bumps along the road - but it does and will get easier. The lack of energy - SO NORMAL - just think of all the huge changes your body - and mind - are undergoing. Do your best with fluids and PROTEIN within your dietary guidelines - I'm also wondering about your B12 - plays a huge part in how we feel. I think I may have read in one of your posts somewhere you use the Jaimieson sublingual strips? I know that sleevers do not have the mal-absorption that us RNY'ers do - but I am wondering if vitamin and mineral supplements are needed just to replace the much smaller intake of food that you now have? And of course - the cool, foggy, drizzle that is our weather of the moment does not help. But - as you said - once you were out and had a walk - it did feel good! I can SO relate. Take care girl and one day at a time!

Got you now.... I had trouble putting in my pic too.  I had to keep cropping it.
I thing it would help if you had one that doesn't start as a head shot. A full
body photo that you crop into a head shot. will fit I think, thats how I did it.
It took me a few trys. Good luck with that.
