newbie here.... seeing Dr. Pace on the 24th first visit

Hi, my family doctor recomened me to Dr. Pace back in August. My family Doc also had this surgery by Dr. Pace.. he looks fab.. 70 lbs gone since and still loosing.. My doc thinks I will have my surgery this year!! I'm so excited... I cannot wait for January 24m 2012

Have you had the surgery yet? I have so many questions.. really excited..

 Totally happy for you.  I am about to start the process with my family doc.  I know it will take a while, but I am excited just thinking about starting.  My sister had surgery done 2 yrs ago and she is doing fabulous.  Thanks to this site I found Dr. Pace.

I saw my family doc back in August and it took 5 months to get a inital visit with Dr. Pace.. I cannot wait..

My appointment is today to see dr boone!! I'm excited but nervous at the same time

How did it go? How long have you been waiting for your appointment?  Is Dr. Boone in NL?

It went well....signed consent now the waiting begins. Yes dr boone is the dr that does the surgery with dr.pace.

Jackie, do you know how long the wait is now? Did they say anything on how long? When did you get the call for your appointment?
I received my call in August for my appointment on the 24th of this month. My family doc said I should have my surgery in 2012.. (fingers crossed)

 My appointment is the 24th as well....8:30am.....nervous as hell about it!  Knowing that this man holds so much of my life in his hands, scares me!  Nervous, yet eager.
