That's okay Valerie, I didn't expect you to wait that long. Maybe we will meet at the next
support meeting. Yes, I saw the stapler, it's awesome!!! LOL  It's a bit gross when you
think about all those things they are going to have us poked with, yuck !!!  Did Rhoda tell
you about the Tetra protein pkjs at Costco? She said they are good and one pk has 30g's
of protein so, 2 of them a day and you know you have your protein for the day. She said
there are 18 in a case for $25. Not bad compared to the price of the powders. I like that
they are pre-mixed. I don't like the powders. The only thing is she said thinks you can only
get them in Chocolate.

 Yes she told me about them wonder if there are any other places to get them....they would be so simple and easy....might be going to costco next week will check them out and do a search online for them....yeah its a bit weird when you think of the surgery ,with all the bits and pieces they will have inside of us... am ready toRayleen said to wait till the holidays are over so watch out in january because this missus is going to be cranky for  a few days...lol
