questions questions questions :)

 i know it seems like im asking a lot of questions but i have soooo many... i see many of you talking about the liquid diet that you have to go on, and being so new to this, i have no clue what that involves. i was wondering if any one can tell me what is involved in it... thanks.. you have all been so helpful 

The liquid diet is 2 weeks of full fluids. When u have attended a siminar you will be giving a list of do's and dont's for this 2 week period. When rayleen has touched base with you and she sets everything up for you she will give you the go ahead to start your 2 week trial and then you see her when its done. As far as I know there is another siminar in january. There is alot of questions to ask and feel free to ask anything at all. I have learned alot from this forum. People are great and the support is amazing
