First Meeting Tomorrow
Well my first meeting with Raleen and Rhoda is tomorrow. I am excited but,oh so, nervous at the same time. I have my liquid diet journal and my food journal ready. I am not sure what happens after tomorrow - I guess I wait for an appointment with the Drs and see what happens from there. I stress over every medical appointment but this is taking the cake. I could barely eat lunch today. And I have lost all focus at work....

Trina you have it all under control. As long a you detailed your journal you will be fine. You have shown committment with your weight loss in the last few weeks that will not go unnoticed. Rayleen will see just how ready you are.

It did go great! Raleen and Rhoda where very supportive and both were pleased with my progress. I am already very committed to a new way of looking at food and I am doing all I can to stay on trac****il my surgery. It will be sometime in the new year before I meet with the Dr's but I can wait...in the mean time I will be working on the shrinking me!
