Pre-op diet here we go!

I just sent you a message here on Obesity Help.

 Hi when I saw Dr.pace he never said anything to me about losing weight  but I am now going to try and lose some also...my bmi was at 55 and i am at 355.i have losed weight with ww but gained it back ,so I am now going to start again and have 30 gone also like you all.be easier on me with the surgery...he told me it would be december or early new year..hell i have waited since 2002 so thats  not much longer, have started to up my walking also...

Hi Newfie02: You must be a lot taller than me. I started at 331 lbs. and my BMI was 61.
He told me he likes the patients BMI to be under 60. That's why he asked me to lose
30 lbs.before surgery. Plus, it shows him that you are serious about losing the weight
and not wasting his time or my own. 

P.S. Anyone know how to change this meter thing, when I lose some weight ???

I have temporarily removed my picture because I have not yet told everyone I need to about this surgery.  I have passed this link on to a few friends to pass on to their friends and I am feeling a little over exposed.  Once I have "Come Out" to everyone I need to about my surgery I will post another picture.
